Good law can have bad consequences for small business

Some times a good and needed law can have unintended and even bad consequences. Consider the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act. While the act was needed, and in response to lead-ridden toys imported from China, the law has created a tremendous and needless burden on hundreds, if not thousands, of small businesses.
